Service design & MVP development - Geriatric Telemedicine Service

Client: Clalit Southern District & Beit Rivka

2025

Conducted as part of my work at Context

As part of my work at Context, I was involved in the development of a telemedicine service designed specifically for homebound geriatric patients in the southern district of Israel.

The project aimed to address a critical gap in access to care, connecting patients who struggle to attend in-person appointments with geriatric specialists from Beit Rivka hospital, located in central Israel.

Working closely with clinicians, nurses, and innovation teams at Clalit, we conducted research, defined a service strategy, and developed a high-fidelity MVP following a proof of concept phase.

The resulting service integrates patients, caregivers, and medical teams into a coordinated remote care experience, designed to be implemented quickly and improved over time. Today, the service is live, helping make essential care more accessible to those who need it most.
