Concept Development & Content Curation

As part of the exhibition “Temporary Matter,” presenting the finalists of the 2025 Edmond de Rothschild Design Award, I developed the concept and curated the content for the film “Design 22,” presented within the exhibition.

The exhibition brings together 22 designers, emerging and established, through a series of dialogues reflecting the current landscape of design in Israel. Set against a complex reality of social, political, and industrial change, it explores the role of design in shaping culture, innovation, and collective identity.

The film is based on 11 recorded conversations between pairs of designers. Working with extensive interview material, I shaped a narrative that brings together these conversations into 22 key insights, each reflecting personal paths, professional choices, and perspectives on the evolving role of design.

Rather than offering conclusions, the film invites viewers to reflect, question, and find their own meaning within it.
